Every 20-passenger minibus comes with high-speed 4G/5G Wi-Fi as a standard amenity, perfect for staying connected on longer routes between Hendersonville and downtown Nashville or streaming music during short local trips. Guests can check email, join Zoom calls, stream video, or game online while on the road. The network supports multiple devices simultaneously and is secured with a private password. If you need extra bandwidth for large groups or HD streaming, ask about our upgraded data packages when you book.

Many of our 20-passenger minibuses can be equipped with an onboard restroom, ideal for longer trips or groups traveling with children. The restroom is located at the rear of the bus and features a private enclosure with a toilet and hand sanitizer dispenser. While smaller than a standard restroom, it’s convenient for emergencies and helps reduce unscheduled stops along the route. Please let your reservation specialist know if a restroom is required, as availability may vary by vehicle model.

Flat-screen monitors are available on most 20-passenger minibuses, either mounted at the front of the cabin or integrated into the ceiling. These screens can be used to display DVDs, presentations, or video content from a connected laptop or USB device. Larger minibuses may feature multiple screens for easier viewing throughout the cabin. Bring your own movies or request a DVD player when booking.

Keep devices charged with multiple 110V power outlets and USB ports located throughout the cabin. Perfect for business travelers needing to power laptops or attendees charging phones and tablets. Outlets are conveniently placed along the walls beneath the windows and near each seating row.

Advanced climate control ensures the cabin remains comfortable regardless of outside weather. Each seating area includes personal air vents allowing passengers to adjust airflow and temperature to their preference. The system provides consistent heating or cooling from front to rear of the minibus.

Enjoy comfortable reclining seats upholstered in high-quality vinyl or optional leatherette. Seats are designed for ergonomic support on longer journeys and include armrests and adjustable headrests. The layout allows groups to sit together while still providing individual space for each passenger.

Store bags, backpacks, and small luggage items in the spacious overhead parcel racks running along both sides of the aisle. Larger items can be placed in the rear cargo area accessible from inside the cabin. While minibuses do not have full undercarriage bays like larger coaches, there is ample storage for most group needs.
